1. Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital goods (such as downloadable journals and calendars), all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable once the download link has been accessed or delivered. We strongly encourage you to review all product descriptions and previews before purchasing.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your download, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
2. Physical Products
If you receive a physical product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will offer a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
3. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund or return, please contact us at michaelnkansah239@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will respond within 2–3 business days.
4. Refund Processing
Once your return is approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Exceptions
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Digital products that have been downloaded or accessed
- Items purchased on sale or with a discount code (unless defective)
- Gift cards
